WIN THE WORLD CUP
BY WORKINGTOGETHER

Work as a team and strike early! 32 Perrys sales locations are now the 32 countries taking part in the 2022 World Cup. Only one team can win! These will be measured throughout the competition, starting from Sunday 14th November and throughout the World Cup, so every action you take from then counts to the performance of your team.

Perrys World Cup 2022

Welcome to the Perrys World Cup 2022! Various metrics have been selected that represent the different elements of the customers enquiry journey with us and these will be measured throughout the competition. Find out the nation you represent below.

You will be measured on certain elements of the lead handling process spanning both BDC and dealership sales team responsibilities. To score high you must be making the most of every opportunity passed your way. You do this by dealing with all your sales enquiries quickly and effectively, each and every time. Depending on how your BDC operators and your dealership sales team work together will determine the outcome of each of your World Cup fixtures.

Can you make it through the group stages into the knockout rounds or will your team be on the early plan home?

How does the scoring work?

Each team (a combination of the BDC operators and dealership sales team) will be scored on a number of elements of the lead handling process across the two departments for each match. These have been chosen in order to improve speed of response and efficiencies when handling sales enquiries. The scores for each element are converted into points and these points are turned into goals. This provides a final score for each of the teams at the end of a fixture.

You will be measured on the day of your fixture on your previous 7 days worth of BDC data. The 3 elements that make up your overall score are:

Hot telephone lead transfers
Allocating your BDC leads
Appointment
shows
The more times you pick these up when your BDC operator attempts to transfer a customer through to you, the more points you will get. Every 10% of the total calls that make it through earn you 1 point.
Accepting and allocating your BDC leads in the BDC platform to a sales executive in Reef.  The more of these you accept and allocate within 1 working hour of receiving them, the more points you will score. Each 10% of the total handled within 1 hour earns you 1 point.
The more that are converted to appointment by both your BDC operators and dealer teams, and of those do arrive at site, then the higher your points. There are 5 points up for grabs here, made up of overall appointment conversion rate from total enquiries and then how many of those arrived with you.
8 calls successfully transferred
2 calls unable to be transferred
80%
= 8 points
20 leads in BDC
18 allocated to a sales exec within 1 hour
‍90%
= 9 points
5 appointments scheduled
2 no shows
= 3 points
Service
plans
How many service plans have been sold at your location measured against your target. The better you are doing, the higher your score.
10 plans sold
50 plan monthly target
= 2 points
Sales
(bonus goal)
On the day of each of your fixtures (or day before if it falls on a Sunday) we will take your total order take for the day and divide it by the number of sales executives working that day.  We will do the same for the team you are playing against and the winner gets an extra goal!
Dealer 1: 0.70 sales per exec
Dealer 2: 0.66 sales per exec
= +1 goal to Dealer 1

Your points will be totalled up and for every 5thpoint you have earned you will score 1 goal. The goals will be totalled up for each team at the end of each match to see who has won or lost, or if there has been a draw. In this example it would be:

22 points (+1 goal) = 5 goals!

Rules

To ensure everyone plays fairly the referees will be issuing yellow and red cards.  Usual rules apply, 2 yellow cards equal one red card. Or, if the offence is serious enough then its straight to a red card.

The marketing team will be spot checking both call recordings, BDC and Reef data to ensure that what you are reporting in the systems is actually happening.  Anybody caught trying to cheat the systems will end up in the referee’s book. If your team is issued a red card then unfortunately that’s your World Cup at an end for the whole team, you’re out.

Any yellow cards issued during the group stages will be reset if you make it through to the knock out stage and you can start with a clean sheet.
