She (Ilki) rang me within about a minute of Angus making the offer, she knew the car we we're interested in very well (probably helped by her partner owning one), and she gave what felt like good/honest advice without being pushy. She also rang me back within 15 minutes with a quote and finance options, and then followed that up within an email within a few minutes of wrapping-up the second call. Overall, she was a credit to Perrys and really pleasant to deal with.

Hi I've known Matteo over 30 years now. I'm a Yorkshire man who joined the Met police at 18 and never went home. My wife and I moved to Aylesbury over 30 years ago. We had no connections here but we ended up here. I genuinely can't remember how many cars I've bought from Ford Aylesbury. Probably over 13 ?? Matteo will know. ! We've always been looked after by you. I traded my stunning 2017 ST Focus in a few months ago and received exemplary service as always. Used cars purchased a stunning white 23 plate Focus ST for me from Derbyshire Ford. Only. 2400 miles on the clock. Matteo made sure when I picked it up I was treated like a vip !! Photo attached. I've had a couple of problems with the car. A screw in the front O/s and a battery issue. Matteo has been exceptional as always and addressed these problems. I've recommended you to a lot of friends. A couple have bought cars. I thank you so much for looking after me and my dad. Matteo is amazing as are all or your staff. I love a fast Ford. I'm 58 and can enjoy one again.

Hi, I found from the moment I had initial telephone conversations with after seeing a car I was interested on the website I found him very informative and explain everything in detail and answered any questions I had. As a first time buyer at Perry's. I found the whole experience a pleasurable and very comfortable working with Nav. When we arrive home we notice a few small scratches on the car that we did not notice during the test drive and this was quickly dealt with by Naz. He is a credit to you team

Can not praise Perrys Blackburn highly enough from the calm and welcoming response you get upon arrival to -Martin Shurmer! Who is literally the most helpful, patient ,knowledgeable salesman I have ever dealt with, from me walking in with no appointment he dealt with me straight away answered all my questions gave advice where needed with out any pressure.
I was kept informed all the way throughout my wait for my car,and on collection he spent a considerable amount of time making sure I was confident to drive the car and be aware of all the controls etc.
The car was my first experience with an all electric car and I had plenty of concerns but Ieft feeling more than confident.
